Next Level Fitness Academy

I just finished the 6 week challenge and I ended up joining because I loved it so much! The workouts are fun and never the same. Ive tried so many programs and Its the only program that has worked for me to lose body fat. They make you feel so welcome! Love this place!!

Next level fitness has made me feel welcome and helped me start my journey to a better me. The workouts are great along with the meal plan and accountability. They push you to strive to be better in a positive way. Im so happy I found this family.

I just wrapped up the six week challenge at Next Level Fitness. The trainers are encouraging, professional, and very helpful. If you need help figuring out an excercise or modifying one due to an injury, they are always willing to offer suggestions and guidance. The other members are kind and there isn't any shaming people for their size or abilities. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a wide variety of equipment and workouts available. They also provide a dietary plan to help you succeed. When I followed the plan, I saw great results. When I didn't, that showed up. In six weeks I went from being winded running up the steps in my house to chasing my kids around with ease. Now, I have the tools to keep in shape and stay healthy.
