      Dear Richard,I'm so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our customer service. The associate you spoke with is a very sweet, 17 year old that tries her very best to meet customers' needs. All of our associates are up front and candid with pricing of goods, delivery, and any services that we provide. To say that we wouldn't "give you a price" is rather misleading, and quite honestly, untrue. One of our company's policies is that we will not deliver flowers without a water source, i.e. wrapped bouquets. The main reason for this is quality control. We cannot, and will not, leave a wrapped bouquet if the recipient isn't home. It might be hours before they return. Even when they do receive them, they may not put them right into water after giving them a fresh snip. This policy will not be changing anytime soon.In this tumultuous economy, we appreciate your attempt to support our locally owned small business.
