Due to a lightning strike I needed to have my Genie garage door opener replaced. Dan did a prompt inspection of my opener to determine my opener needed replace. Joe provided me with a same day quote and Dan was back at my home the next day to do the new install. Everything was done in an efficient and professional manner.

My father needed his garage door repaired and we contacted Diamond Door Inc late Saturday afternoon and this company called us back first thing Monday morning! I've worked with Diamond Door since 2019 and have been completely satisfied each time. Recently, Joe was nice enough to sell me a few doors direct and allow me to save on installation costs. Everything went as planned but unfortunately in my rush to complete the work I had not noticed the two door styles were slightly different until after the second door was installed. As it turns out, the manufacturer had accidentally placed a different style in the same box. When I contacted Joe about this he was so pleasant to deal with and had a no questions asked policy. It's so nice to deal with honorable people who make things right, even when it's inconvenient.
