I thoroughly enjoy working here! The Berk family is wonderful to the employees and everyone is treated fairly. Tons of culture events and opportunities to get to know all of the co-workers both outside of work and during work which make for a ton of great memories. I enjoy having peer recognition meetings every month as it's a great time to visit with everyone you don't typically see during a busy work week, stay up to date on what's current within the business, and get recognized for a job well done. Love the overall family feel throughout the company. I highly recommend. Reilly especially, is wonderful at making it so much more than a job.

I have enjoyed working here the past 7 years at Berk Enterprises. The entire Berk Family is amazing and take care of their employees, little added bonus's, extra perks, fun competitions with in the company, even our own office pet. The staff is amazing and I believe everyone gets along. I have learned so much here, and if ever I need assistance in completing a task there is someone here who can and will assist. I look forward to coming to work, its a fun place to be along with being rewarding in my job duties and goals. Thank you BERK FAMILY!
