Claimed I had 2 cavities next to eachother & got 2 fillings done just to be in extreme severe pain a few days later with that being said my fills were not done properly !! I ended up going back a week later to have a Tooth extraction & a couple weeks after that the tooth next to the extraction was in horrendous pain had to go to emergency room for a antibiotic shot & ibuprofen just for them to say my tooth was decaying never again will I come back to this dentist they just mess you up on purpose for money !! And as of today I am in severe pain once again I ended up going to this dentist which claimed I had 2 cavities" and now imma have to get the same teeth they "worked on" to be extracted !!!!!

Are you tired of bad dental care? I've got the perfect solution for you. Dont go here. This dentist takes no pride in providing dental services rushes through everything. When you go for a cleaning, they do nothing. i went in for a cleaning, and they didn't do anything she scrapped around for 2 mins and said everything looks good. They offer nothing but a sore mouth and over bill for service not provided. i was scheduled for 3 teeth to be worked on, and he rushed me in and out and only did 2 and billed me for 3. my mouth is still sore 2 weeks later. he didnt even give time for my mouth to numb up before he started working on the first one and tried to start the se and one without any numbing. I've never seen such horrible service from a medical professional. The equipment here is terrible outdated as he was drilling the drill, kept dying, and getting stuck in my tooth. that felt great. Overall, this is not a place you would want to go. Go to another dentist. This one is a joke.

I never post reviews but I had the worst experience here. I was looking for a new dentist because the dentist I went to growing up no longer accepts my insurance. My previous Dentist before here would constantly schedule me when the hygienist wasnt in so I would never get seen other than x-rays last time I went. After that, I started looking for a new Dentist and found LaPolla. Even after seeing all the bad reviews I made an appointment. I called and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago (oct 17) Even asked if they would take my son whos about to be 2 next month because I didnt know with his age. They told me theyll see him. So I scheduled for me and him give all of my information. Showed up for our appointments this morning at 9 and they said neither one of us were in the system they didnt have any appointments for us. Tried saying I scheduled with the Dentist up the road. (Which I had tried calling them first cuz a friend recommended them but they didnt accept my insurance) but dr lapollas office called them asking if I had an appointment with them and even that dentist said no. She asked what number I called when I scheduled so I went to my contacts and read it to her and she was like yeah thats our number told her I even got the call yesterday to confirm the appointment she said they dont call for reminders but yet I got one. Oh yea and they dont even accept kids until 3 they said. But when I called and asked and scheduled the appointments and told them his age they told me yes. Anyways I should have left then it was already a red flag but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. She said they could get me in at 11 I could take the paperwork to fill out and come back. So I did that I came back at 11. They did x-rays. Tried telling me I have nine cavities. Granted Ik I have cavities thats why I was trying to get in with my previous Dentist. But when they did the x-rays they even said I only had like 3 or 4 not 9. They were taking about extracting my wisdom teeth in the office because I have cavities on them. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth out before I got braces but it never got done. But I was told by my dentist I went to growing up with how my wisdom teeth are it would be an out of the office procedure not in like they were trying to do. Saying I needed so much work done. It was gonna have to be multiple appointments. On top of all this they were very rude. Rude about me not being in system Then the lady who cleaned my teeth and lapolla. I have spots on my teeth where my enamel is messed up from when I was pregnant my doctor didnt give me prenatals. My orthodontist even told me it was from that. They kept trying to say the spots were from too much pop and sugar which I barely even drink pop and dont eat a lot of sweets. Asked me if I smoked and I said no just vape. And she just kept asking about smoking after I already said no. What about before so always just vaping. After explaining about the prenatals, she tried saying it was from morning sickness throwing up. Then lapolla came in and was like I see you drank too much pop while you had braces I was in so much pain while she did my teeth. She kept saying open wider. You can open wider than that. After I left I was in tears from how bad my teeth hurt. Ive never been in that much pain at a dentist or after I left and Ive had cavities and root canals done. Never experienced that much pain just during a cleaning. Next time Ill just listen to all the reviews and go somewhere else.
