I purchased a brand new GMC Sierra elevation in 2022. That was honestly not a bad experience. After the sale was a completely different experience. They just brushed me aside and did not care about my questions. I had issues with my heated seats. Got the run around for months and every time I contacted them I was told they would get to the bottom of it. Long story short I gave up and contacted another dealership and they took care of it that week. Just a really disappointing and would not recommend to any friends or family

Everyone is very polite. Had me in and out for an oil change, tire rotation. Will go nack every time.
