Doesnt carry cash inside. Only has atm that carried 20s and 100s.

Terrible branch. After more than two months, not a word trying to remedy a problem. They got copies of documents, and it was a waste of time. Tried a different branch, problem fixed in 15 minutes. Asked around about this bank near Howland Corners, all the couples I spoke to said this branch is horrible and to avoid it. Personnel were nice enough, with exception of Renee, what a fake and impolite person. Not at all professional nor worth the time. Go elsewhere and get things done right expeditiously.

This branch is truly worthless. Their atm isnt functioning half the time. Now the whole atm drive thru is blocked off but they dont say that anywhere, so you turn in and then have to immediately leave, which is also a nightmare. The employees are so rude and unhelpful. I went there for a check for a down payment and the girl (cant even say teller because they dont do anything) took my phone and STILL spelled the name of the lawyer incorrectly. The inside of this bank is literally just an atm, so whats the point.

The Howland branch is useless this is my third and last time dealing with them went to have important custody papers notarized. There notary scanned through them stamped one page and sent me on my way. I get to the courthouse to file and of course there was another page that needed to be notarized so I ended up waiting at Huntington bank next door for 30 mins for there notary who corrected it even thou I didnt have an account with them All the branches they closed in the Warren/Niles area they could of kept and got rid of this one location that does absolute NOTHING
