Staff is very friendly. Was able to make an appointment quickly. The work was top notch and the prices reasonable. One thing that impressed me was that they seem to sincerely care about taking care of the customer which is something that is missing in a lot of businesses in today's world

I had a horrible experience, paid for an oil change, but couldnt get them to honor any kind of fair customer service- at least one guy in particular) heres what happened- the next time I came back for another oil change they told me the last person that did it left the oil filter housing on too tight and they couldnt get it off without possibly breaking it and i explained they are the ones who had it last lol evidently he didnt realize that (and the guy didnt argue over it that first time in person, but he did argue over his own words about a month later) so they said id have to schedule it to be done so they could finish their work and change my oil filter. I missed a scheduled appointment and later tried to reschedule and he was completely rude about it with me and seemed to hold a grudge ever since over it- (very immature, petty, unprofessional and inappropriate to do to a loyal customer) and he even later tried to say if they broke the part that THEY PUT ON TOO TIGHT then I would be liable for their mistake. Well that doesnt exactly sound like fair customer service to me, how about you? Well after I came in person and explained this the guy told me he would just write something in the computer saying they couldnt do my oil changes anymore - how ridiculous is that!? It was laughable. So when you make a mistake and tell the customer theyre liable for your work fixing it does that make any sense? I think anyone reasonable would say no not at all and he is liable for the work he did on my car. Period. Why wouldnt you have a warranty on your own work? Im going to find the name of the guy who did that work (i still have receipts and Ill post the pictures) and later edit this and include his name. There arent many places I get such bad customer service that I recommend NOT going but this is one. In the end they left me with less than what i paid for and I STILL have to find someone to fix THEIR work and still get my oil changed, does that sound FAIR to you? Good luck if you want treated fair and expect good customer service.
