        Beware he doesnt have you sign a contract on his hourly rate and retainer. You think after paying a retainer that he would do at least his job. Wanted me to write the affidavit, when he wrote the affidavit sounded like a 5th grader wrote it. I had so much documentation and he didnt utilize it. After the first hearing decided to let him go. He behaved unprofessionally and took all but a few hundred dollars of my $3500 retainer. He most definitely didnt do that much work.
