    Called about hardwood floor repair. They said "sure" and came right out. The guy was here less than ten minutes and said, "I'll have {?} give you a call tomorrow." No one called, and I called them, twice over a two week period. No return call. Time lost on my part. The work needed done asap to get our house ready to go on the market. Repair techs are few and far between. So I was hanging my hat on them. Mistake. They don't care.

    This place came highly recommend by 2 of my family members and I also loved the products that are in there homes. I went in Saturday morning selected my flooring and scheduled an apt to get my house measured at 10am today (Tuesday Morning), with Logan. At 10:30 no one had arrived. I called. No one answered so I left a detailed message. Logan called me back at 11:45 and said he had an emergency with one of his installers and sorry that he missed my appointment. I said, "you couldn't have called?" He said "it was an emergency". I said "you guys have my number, you couldn't have called to let me know that you were not coming and left me hanging?" He said, "you know we are just going to cancel the appointment." I said, "that's fine, I don't want to do business with you anyways." The Logan I met in store and the Logan I dealt with on the phone were two totally different people. On the phone Logan was rude and yelling, and I am SO HAPPY I had this encounter before I spent the $16,000 he quoted me to floor my whole house that we were going to spend with them because of the glowing reviews from my family members. I understand that things happen, I REALLY DO. But the lack of respect for my time and the inability to keep me in the loop is what I have little tolerance for. A simple call would of done the trick BEFORE the missed appointment.

    Working with Dora to select tile at the Sandusky store was exceptional, receiving the materials when promised totally different story. Repeatedly given a pick up date only to be told they did not have the time to drive from Oberlin to Cleveland to pick up, assume my order too small and not worthy of their Oberlin store staying true to their commitments. My aim is to support local business and with Amazon, Home Depot and the sorts one would think I'm the customer they would want to go above and beyond to please. Guess not.
