I left a somewhat unflattering voice mail regarding the email CityLink sent regarding the new payment system. Rachel returned my call and she was so sweet and nice and walked me through everything. I then felt very bad about my voicemail. She is a rock star and deserves a raise!! She is definitely a keeper!!
CityLink is a very good internet company. I received same day service and Rich was extremely knowledgeable. Very professional and he answered all my questions. I understand he made a video tutorial. It would be most helpful if it were on line.

Rich was timely, knowledgeable and very personable with us. He took the time to explain the process of setting up our service and walked us through downloading and setting up the app. We were very pleased with our experience with him and CityLink.

When you call City Link, a person answers the phone. You get immediate answers. If you need a technician to come to your house, you get a specific appointment time. No 4 hour window. Their service is spectacular! I would have no other service.

My cable constantly goes out. When you go to the website there is plenty of advertising but no customer support. It's to expensive for the cable to be constantly going out with no reimbursement.
