Been using cyclone for years now, never have missed one week ever. I don't understand others complaints. If you have your can out front, they won't miss it. Not in the city at least that I have experienced. And the price is pretty dang cheap.

Switched to these guys last year after dealing with deceptive pricing from BFI for years. Well these guys are now doing the same. They have essentially tripled their price in less than one year, based on their new tag/bag policy. I guess I am back to shopping around again.

Was taking another bag out to the can for pickup as driver was pulling up. He ran up to get it from me. I was grateful being have a bad knee. He was even going to bring the can back up to the house

I have called many times. Left many messages to no avail. They used to have great customer service now I cannot even reach them to try and pay my bill. I have been trying for months.

Its been great but lately you cannot communicate in any way its impossible to straighten out any thing . No answer ever . I need to cancel an account which I cannot but they withdrew my auto payment . Whats the problem they used to be great.
