        The Van Wert Water Works Office needs a major audit. The money is going somewhere its not supposed to be. Good luck figuring out your water bill that is never consistent. If too many people complain they will turn their phones off and give themselves a $1,000 bonus for their troubles. That's narcissistic behavior. Would definitely recommend digging a well instead of deciphering your water bill.

        Not even slightly friendly and they close before the stated time they couldn't possibly work their whole shift.... so don't try to make it there by 4:25 they done locked up and went home.

        Enrolling in auto pay and do not take payment besides fee then sends you 3 month bill with fees with turm off notice. At least when i did it; and forgot it was my fault.
