My kids clogged our drains everything was backing up in to our bath tub. They where able to come in fix everything and give me a very fair reasonable price. They where very nice knowledgeable and fast. If ever I need something done again I will be calling.

So I'll preface this with: I have running water now, thanks to a total of zero professionals in the area save for Frank Stemen (absolutely recommend his expertise). I called Hoffman this past Friday because my well pump stopped working, and after Frank came and checked things out and replaced stuff, he unfortunately could not dig my stuck submersible pump out - it's just not what HE personally does. I called around and eventually got in touch with this place and a man named Jeremy came out. Firstly, did not even say hello to me on my own property until I walked up and greeted him, would have walked past me without a glance. Generally super unpleasant. Made a comment about me "probably not" knowing where my own septic tanks are etc. Second, without knowing ANYTHING about my system, this dude told me, in a very "ugh" attitude, that the pump dig would cost thousands and I would "probably" need a new well if my pump didn't come out. Told me I need to "think very hard" on my decision and what I wanted to do as if I was 5 years old. Before he left he said "I guess I'll see if I can find someone who wants to work tomorrow" and just sounded super annoyed. Long story short, my husband and I dug out our pump, and with help from my father and father in law we replaced it by hand without spending the quoted 7 or so thousand dollars. Steer clear. Estimating the worst is never a good sign. Someone sounding like they're completely put of by their job is not a good sign. He left and I cried for hours feeling just totally defeated. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.
