I was offered a $10 Amazon gift card in exchange for leaving a positive review. A year later and that gift card has still not arrived.

They got me in as fast as they could when my tooth fell out. They are always friendly and as kind as be.

The service at the time was amazing but then when it came to sending insurance claims on time it's not the best service. I received a call 2 years after the service that my bill wasn't paid. Come to find out it was because it was never sent on time, so I called my insurance and they asked for Westwood to appeal so they could get paid. Couple weeks later I received a call back from the accountant in the office telling me she received a check, and it was all paid for. Two months later I get a call from the collections company saying I owe money, which I for one always pay my bills on time and never have credit card debts because I don't spend money I don't have! So I was shocked to receive that call and not receive a call from Westwood themselves. I talked to my insurance and they said that they had signed off an agreement and I don't have to pay anything out of pocket. So it's not making sense to me why am I getting calls for bills that I don't owe. It's so stressful and headache that no one should have to go through. Maybe the offices should have their customers send the claims themselves to the insurance companies instead of trusting the Dental office to do their job. The new accountant is really sweet there and is working with me to figure it out and it's not her fault the 2021 account didn't do her job. Also, not fair for me to have to go through this stress as well. I hope this resolves soon. Once it does, I will be willing to take down my negative reviews. Right now, I'm not happy with Westwood Dental.

Great hygienist that is through and gives great advice on how to keep your teeth clean.
