I've had my system for over two years. I haven't been able to get me monitoring app to communicate with my inverter for most of it. Customer support keeps putting me on hold for multiple hours. I've been transferred at least four times within one phone call. My original salesman no longer works there. The update that I need for my inverter is something that I'm not allowed to do myself. When I first bought the system I was pleased with the installation, but the help with it afterwards has been almost none. My gratefulness has turned into disappointment. If somehow they make it right then I will be willing to dismiss this post. Until then make sure you get the support you need before you purchase their product. Since my previous post Power Home has worked with me to get the issue resolved. I still don't think it should have taken so long but they did make it right without too much more hassle. Since they have corrected the issue I haven't had any problems. From my understanding there was a firmware update that needed done. Power home, thank you for getting back with me and making it right.

The whole experience was about average. But at the end of the process Brenda came out to set the invertor and walk through the system with me was the best part. She was very helpful and an absolute delight to talk to. Wry informative and also finished set up the phone app. Thanks Brenda!!

Whole experience was so easy! They kept in contact the whole time to keep me updated, they took care of everything! It was the easiest he improvement we have done so far! Would 100% recommend!
