HCS AT HOME INC.

Im trying to get a hold of them .. for three days now and they keep putting me on hold.. after the ask cuestin the put me on hold for long periods of time..im at work I cant stay on the phone 1/2 hour wait for them to answer.. this company is not good ..

Dawn is very personable and great to work with. She gets my supplies to me in a timely manner. Jimmy provides great customer service when helping get my 30 day CPAP results to my doctor for my DOT Med card renewal.

The serviceman (Steve)that responds to service the equipment, and deliver oxygen products is the best. The company responds by the next day when supplies are needed.

Ive have cpap supplies, nebulizer supplies, and even oxygen therapy supplies through this company at multiple times and still receive cpap supplies as I post this now. Never has there been a late order, a missed appointment, a late arrival of a tech/service person, or an issue on their end. I had an iss with a hospital that dropped the ball on getting oxygen therapy to me after coming home from a week stay due to covid and needed oxygen right away and had to contact my pulmonologist about it instead. He immediately went through HCS to get me the oxygen I needed that day even though this company had so many other appointments on their schedule already planned they made time to help get me set up with everything I needed after a hospital was the one that should have done their part and made things hectic and difficult for their schedule then. They managed to get the new orders from my doctors along with getting all the equipment I would need on a vehicle and routed to me, and had someone with knowledge to bring everything directly to me and set everything up for me and show me how to use it all. This person also stayed to answer all of my questions and didnt try to rush me through anything even though I was an added stop on their full schedule of drop offs for the day. This company is ALWAYS there for me and ALWAYS has the most pleasant people to talk to and coming out to your home to help you. I cant say enough wonderful things about HCS. I truly think this company is amazing all the way around.
