As some others have noted, I had to give at least 1 star to submit a review. My family was left waiting by representative for nearly 3 HOURS ...with no follow up or phone calls to reschedule until they were already over 2 hours late. The lack of concern and professionalism is absolutely astounding. Run, don't walk to another provider! Your loved ones deserve better!

It took 10 days to get a death certificate signed after my family members passing. The excuse their doctor quit, no follow up, no empathy, just lack of communication and compassion. This held up the funeral home and made a difficult situation even worse.

This place is awful currently looking for new care for my mother. The aide that is supposed to come help my mom shower calls off half the time and the other half she just doesn't even show up. She was supposed to come Tuesday and Friday and then changed her days to wed and Friday. Then today she asked my mom if she could just come on Friday when last week she didn't show up or even call. My mom said no and sure enough this girl just didn't even show up. Also two days ago the nurse that was supposed to be there between 11 and 12 never showed up either and only then showed up around 3 AFTER my mom had to call to find out where she was. When asked about what happened the nurses reply was "I had a rough morning". They also sent her the wrong strength prescription and was giving her worthless breathing medication when she has COPD. Something not every patient would be lucky to discover and may have been on that medication long term. If you feel like you want your loved one to be neglected and feel like dealing with an incredibly frustrating situation than this is the place for you. Crossroads expects patients and their families to be more compassionate and understanding about their horrible services than they are about your loved ones.

If you are looking to work at Crossroads I highly Recommend that you DO NOT! I worked there almost 3 yrs and just quit last week, along with 75% of all staff. For various reasons. For starters being lied to by corporate, shortage with pay checks on multiple occasions and not having pay issues corrected, not having anyone to turn to in times of crisis within company. Patients being neglected, being mislead when accepting positions ect Being with this company and putting in the hours that I did, I came to learn this is a company that does not value their staff, there is no appreciation or consideration for how hard you work for them in the time of Crisis, which this company has been in crisis for 6 months now! Its just sad. I do not recommend anyone work with crossroads, also discrimination is alive and well at the Valley view office!
