We feel incredibly lucky to work with such a great realtor, Megan Crist. We had a goal to get out of the city, past the suburbs, and find a spot with a little land. As we found houses we liked, Megan took note. As we saw homes and found reasons they wouldnt work, she paid attention. Each home was closer and closer to a perfect fit, and she kept working until she found it. Thankful for all her hard work and very excited to move into an amazing house. Megan is amazing. My husband and I were looking to buy a house at a casual pace. Then the house we were renting caught on fire and we need a new home quick! Megan is amazing because she met us nearly everyday for weeks to find the perfect home in this difficult market. On top of that she was very kind and offered great advice to us buying our first home. Megan took care of the entire closing process and gave us great advice for home inspection. She always responds immediately and is an expert in her field.
