Mr. Feltenstein, we are extremely sorry for the frustrations that have been caused by your project. To address some of the concerns here, we originally placed your order on 27 December 2023 while advertising a four week lead time and, after shifting it to a new manufacturer in January, installed your structure on 13 February (6 weeks from the date of order). After the completion of your project, you promptly reached out to our team to raise concerns on various scratches and dents. This is obviously covered within the Workmanship Warranty our manufacturer provides, and we submitted a service request immediately to our manufacturer on the 14 February 2024. Services can take some time due to the geographic distance and the nature of contracted work, but we have been in consistent communication with Deer Buildings (the manufacturer performing the service) and with you throughout the entire process. On 27 February 2024 (just two weeks after the installation of your project), Deer scheduled your repairs to take place on 4 March 2024. Upon arrival on 4 March, the install crew was unable to perform work on the structure due to you being out of town and not authorizing them to work on your building without you being present, despite agreeing to the original date scheduled. Since that time, a very generous $2,500 compensation has been offered to you for the dents and damages on your paneling to avoid another installation crew from making the 12 hour trip to your property again.We pride ourselves on communicating effectively with our clients, and we have not let a call go unreturned from you since we began this project. I would love to find a way to resolve these issues, but the last thing you told us was that even an install crew returning to fix the damages to your building for a second time would not satisfy you.
