They have thiefs working for them the food is always mid at best and always takes forever to get what you ordered if you even get that

We got four chalupas today and every single one of them were so hard that we couldnt eat more than just the bottom portion of the chalupa that had been moistened by the meat. This isnt the first time we have gotten something abnormally hard that was intended to be soft from this establishment. Hard soft shell taco supremes and burritos are other items that have been previously hardened by obviously being left out for air to get to them. Either find people who care or fire and rehire your staff including management.

I usually go to Taco Bell if I get off early from work and theyre usually pretty good but last night I got off and I asked for easy Bean every time with no lettuce on a burrito and this time thats all that was on there but I called the store and the manager his name is Andy said he was very very sorry and the next time I come in the Burritos on him And I told him I didnt want anything just the next time make sure they make it right but he insisted, that is a good manager and Wendys and McDonalds need to take some tips off this manager on how to talk to people when theyre angry that their food wasnt quite right thank you, Andy!!! So its 03/08/24 and once again I got to Taco Bell to get the free burrito the messed up the week previous so when I get in the line I ask for Andy and they tell me there is no manager by the name of Andy and I said well yes there is because my order got messed up last week and I called and he said that I could get a free burrito just say his name so I did but they said there wasnt no one there by that name so I asked to talk to the manager cause I figured he was working but no, it was a girl I said who is the bigger guy Manager that works Fri And they say his name is Adam so Im sorry Adam that I got your name wrong and they did make my burrito. Thank you so much.
