Always easy the staff is really great I usually have bad anxiety when going to dentist appointments but at champaign dental they put me at ease and I'm never in pain they are great don't ever want to go anywhere else

So I really liked this dental group. It was the second dental group in my entire 42 years that I ever felt comfortable with. But then today, because I felt like the lady got disrespectful with me, and I tried to explain to her how she made me feel by not listening to what I was saying from what I had comprehended and understood, she got rude with me and told me she wasnt trying to argue. I was not trying to argue at all. I was trying to explain to her what I knew throughout the process. I told her an in comment she said thanks for the feedback. All I was looking for is Im sorry and Ill try to do better next time . I apologize to her and told her that I wasnt trying to argue and I appreciated everything that she did to fix my teeth. That shouldve been the end of the conversation but as we walk to the front office, she tells the lady upfront that I probably wanted to talk to her about her and I wasnt going to say anything . So with that being said, I told the lady upfront, and she also said that I very argumentative and gave me a 30 day eviction notice for stating my opinion and trying to understand things that I was not understanding. I was not rude. I was not disrespectful and kindly told them that I just wish she acted like she cared about how I felt and then I thought she should try to do better the next time . If this is the kind of business that someone runs, I no longer want to be a part of it. I did absolutely nothing wrong, but state my opinion and try to understand what was going on. This is very foul and unfair. I would not recommend this dental group to anyone because of this, even though I thought they were a great dental group to begin with, and I really like the dentist. I also have a witness to the whole entire conversation who also says that I was not disrespectful in anyway, and then I even thanked her for doing everything she did to save the cap for my tooth . I would like the owner to contact me! I am highly upset!!

I feel very fortunate to have a great and caring local dentist! The hygenist are top notch!
