One word, EXCELLENT! Nick is good at what he does. Hes committed, competent and confident about his work. Most importantly, he cares. Thats hard to find. He actually became a part of the journey as I managed through the sale of my mothers home. It was a heavy lift and Nick was instrumental in getting me to the end game. Nick is a pro! I am not a big believer in real estate agents. His negotiating skills are a huge strength. He moved my property in an uncertain real estate environment in one day. He truly does what is best for his client and that is always at the forefront in his mind. He's a very honest person and always positive day after day.
