        Was a patient for a year, to have my last surgery with her to finish my cancer journey. Planned, had pretesting done, was given a surgery date. Was called and told they were moving it up because she was going on vacation. Was called 7 weeks beforehand and told surgery was canceled because she wanted to rework the surgery and maybe some more pretesting done. I call the next week to find out my new surgery date. So I could plan care for my children during the surgery/ recovery for a third time. I was then told that I will be referred to a new doctor, that she no longer has the equipment to preform my surgery. Let me say that again. I CALLED TO FIND MY NEW DATE FOR A SUGERY THAT WAS PLANNED FOR OVER A YEAR AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS BEING REFERED TO A NEW DOCTOR I NEVER HEARD OF. Mind you they did not even know if the new doctor they were referring me to even took my insurance. I was already traveling 2 hours from home to see her because no one in my area does this surgery.

        Dr. Moreira is a life saver! After dealing with abdominal deformation from hernia's from previous surgeries, she fixed it and I look amazing! I definitely recommend her!
