Shawn was absolutely amazing! He was prompt and communication was incredible. I have never worked with a company so dedicated to their customer before. Shawn answered every question I had and educated me with everything I needed to know so I could understand my old system, the process to get the new system and the install process. I knew exactly what to expect and was thrilled with the outcome. Shawn and everyone that came through the property that day were extremely polite and helpful. Look they just did a full septic removal and new install they were fantastic on time in time went the extra mile answered all my questions I really can't say enough about how good the entire process was !!! I could write a 10 page letter as to how satisfied I am with the whole thing if you have any doubts about calling them just stop pick up the phone and call don't bother calling anyone else your search just ended!!! If you are looking for a Septic replacement then this is your company!! I was quoted a price from the beginning and that is what I paid at the end! Every thing that was done was exactly what I was told it would be. Every question I had was answered and I never once had to leave a voice mail. Shawn answered the phone even on Sunday during his personal time. I could not be happier with the choice of using Right Choice Septic. If I have to do this in the future then this is who I will call first. If I am asked for a referral then this is who I will reccomend. Thank you Right Choice!
