Hands down the best home loan experience. Charlie was attentive throughout the process and worked tirelessly to get my home closed early when our other bank fell through. UTB not only picked up my home loan package they also got me to close in less than three weeks.
During this process, I was working overseas. Managing the communication with respect to the different time zones came so easily to Charlie. I never felt left behind in the process and I always knew my loan status, and so did my agent.
We are beyond impressed with Charlie and how well UTB handled our loan. We will certainly use this bank for future lending needs.
