        Can't stress enough how great Nick & his company is! I expressed how urgent my issue was, he made time after hours to come out within 20min of my initial phone call. Diagnosed my issue immediately, and found a way to make it out the next day to install my gutter gaurds at a great price, which was almost half the cost of the other company that came out! Great communication & was very prompt showing up when he said he would! Even went over & beyond to seal up the endcaps that were leaking at no extra charge!         Overall getting the new gutters for the house went well. At the same time I asked downspout filters that I had purchased to be added at the bottom of the downspouts. Unfortunately some of them do not appear to be installed quite right. They may have been unfamiliar with the product I purchased, so I will resolve on my own.

      I reached out to go over specifics as soon as this review was left (November 29) and was hung up on. I was clear that the product he wanted used was not something we offer from our first conversation but agreed to install them at no cost out of courtesy. "They may have been unfamiliar with the product I purchased" is misleading and inaccurate. I installed them how I believe they should've been installed based on my professional experience and opinion and followed manufactures directions on install day (November 10). He reached out within a few days of install and wanted some adjustments made. I returned November 16th and we went one by one together with the downspouts and I made all the changes as he wanted using a tape measure and asking specifically where he wanted them. So this is a surprise to read weeks later...He also asked for cash price then did not pay with cash as agreed upon. I offered to come out again and do whatever it takes to resolve this and he refused to send pictures to show how it was unsatisfactory and also said do not come back out when I offered.
