Been a chase customer for over 25 years and have never had an issue until I walked into this branch to get assistance with a fraud issue on my account. I was ignored and told to go to another branch and maybe they could help like I wasnt worth the effort. I have a fraudulent withdrawal of 8,000 on my account which is kind of a big deal

Super friendly and helpful team at this bank. I have worked with 3 people over the last 2 weeks for various needs and they all were great to work with. I feel like you dont get that level of customer service anymore these days. Will continue to use this branch and recommend to others!

Fraud department is terrible!! My mother in law just had 2 organ transplants and her account got hacked. They said she was responsible for it!!! She has zero money now to even afford her life sustaining medications!! We even gave proof of being at hospital while the charge was in Japan!! This has stressed her out beyond belief and they will not help her! Be careful with your money there. Especially if your life depends on it!! They do not care!!! Imagine going through that and surviving only to have no money for your meds!!!! Help!!!
