We waited at the counter for someone to take our order, they seen us but never came to help us. The guy in front of us ordered at the computer screen. They never gave him his food. He waited so long that he walked out. We walked out as well when they refused to acknowledge we were there. Absolutely unprofessional.

Nasty !! The fish was hard and greasy the. Fries were cold and greasy nasty !! Fryers need drained and cleaned!! It was the most. Nasty !! If dont know how to cook fish at right temperature get a new profession

Even tho fish is good and have to wait a bit....least they can do is give you the complete order...can see if we're busy...but they weren't...update went back again 12/5 and waited at the count over 10 minutes still no one came over ..stopped a person that was delivereing outside and was told we're busy with orders

Chicken was hard as rock, hush puppies hard,french fries soggy,ordered 3 different meals didn't eat them went in trash,how hard is it to cook in a deep fryer that has a timer,this place needs new management, been going down hill for long time
