They sent us a drunk salesperson to do the water testing and introduce u to the water filtration system. The whole experience was mediocre and we never received our gift card in the mail as promised.

I finally received the $20 Home Depot giftcard, plus another $20 for some restaurant app or something. I figured the fair thing to do would to be to amend my 1-star review. What still gets me was that they had a month to return my phone calls and didn't until I'd left a review. original review: Had a rep stop by a month ago. We were promised a Home Depot giftcard for our time. Still haven't received the giftcard. I've called twice in the mid-afternoon and both times the rep in charge of the cards "was away" and mesages were left. On the last call I made, I was directed to the Twinsburg office where I was promised the giftcard could be mailed "in a day." Still waiting... We'd considered getting a system, but seeing how the company can't keep their word on something small, I can't trust them. Gives "bait and switch" vibes. Normally I'd let it go, except the whole experience was frustrating. When I initially asked how long the demo would take, I was told it would be quick. Technically, the water test itself didn't take long. And since one of the optional time slots was at 7pm, I thought, "no way someone would be out much later than that." Turns out, the sales person ate up two and half hours of our time. He was nice though, so we didn't kick him out, even though his welcome was worn out after the first hour. At one point I stepped away to do some cleaning, but he called me back to watch the water test. Don't know why. My spouse being there should've been enough. We kept thinking "oh he won't be here much longer." Except he was. We're bottom line people and instead of just giving us prices, he tried sales tactics. Even though I told him I used to be in sales and they don't work on me. At one point I was cynically amused and wanted to see how long he'd stay. Hence, it dragged on to two and half hours. We hadn't eaten dinner yet and it was disrespectful of our time. We'd just finished renovating a part of our house that day. Cleaning needed to be done before expecting people over the next day. Needless to say, much of it didn't get done because we were exhausted physically and then mentally by the rep. Had we known how long it would take, we would've declined, or scheduled at a more convenient time.
