        I purchased a home late in 2022. I read through all of my mortgage documents very carefully before purchasing the home. During the middle of 2023, I was informed by my mortgage company that my monthly payment was going up over $500 due to past water and sewer bills from the previous home owner! I learned that the previous tenants were THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS PAST DUE ON THEIR BILLS! All Real Estate Solutions NEVER told me about this! When I spoke to the City of Lakewood (where I purchased the home), they told me they have been in contact with ARES but they have not tried to resolve this! I have spent HOURS trying to fix this and this SHOULDN'T BE MY PROBLEM! When I spoke to Anita, the President at ARES, she has nothing but excuses! I'm so tired of this title company already! Please take my review into consideration before using them for any reason!
