Maureen made me feel so at ease picking out a Fram for my glasses! She explained my insurance coverage and what my costs would be. I really recommend going to buy your glasses at this store!

The experience was professional and pleasant. All staff was friendly and both the Dr. and Optician took their time to answer questions and provide information. Looking forward to getting my new glasses!

I broke my glasses and had to make a last minute appoint which is very hard for the already busy doctors however when I called Maureen worked with me and got me an appointment to see the doctor very promptly. When I had arrived for my appointment they were incredibly polite and welcoming they got me to the back for my exam promptly. when I had finished my exam they helped me pick out the right frames as well as thoughly explain my options they really simplified the entire proccess you dont feel rushed out the door or anxious here. I recommend these folks to anyone very professional, kind , understanding and unbelievably helpful. Thankyou all so very much!

Cant fax a simple rx to another eye Dr. I called on Thursday 11/9/2023 Told me it was done that day. I go to my other eye Dr in the morning and they said they didnt have even though pearle said they faxed it over the day before i had to call pearle again and give them all my information again then asked for the fax number of the other eye dr again. they sent the rx it was not ledegable had to call a third time person at pearle gave an attitude and sent it again. I will never go back. Terrible customer service and over priced. Follow up to my review Fyi Went to Pearle vision in Twinsburg last month to get my eyes examined i was having trouble seeing and severe dry eyes with discharge at night. DR tells me that there are eye drops but insurance doesnt cover them says my eyes are fine had issue with getting my rx to have it filled elseward. Receptionist at Pearle gave me attitude tried to get back in to see the Dr they kept saying she is all booked. So i follow up with Americas best since they did my glasses Dr examines my eyes and says i have a severe bacterial infection in my left eye that is starting to eat away at my cornea gave me prescription eye drops which the insurance does cover the cost and tells me that my contact lens rx has had a big change. And i need different contacts. This is insane stay away from Pearle vision in Twinsburg that could have damaged my eyesight I would not ever let that (Dr) ford touch my eyes ever agsin she needs to loose her license she is an awful Dr.
