UH Twinsburg Family Medicine

been trying to get in contact with my dr for 4 days to fill my medication. their phone lines have been “down” and when i call they hang up on me. they are very very incompetent and if i’m off my meds for too long i will get seizures. DO NOT go here i cannot stress that enough. if you want doctors that don’t care about you or your treatment then by all means go to this place. if something happens to me because of their incompetence i will make sure they are held liable. DO NOT GO HERE

Went into UH Twinsburg medical center for urgent care, The receptionist was a very rude, and looked at me as just another number did not care. I asked how long was the wait she goes I don't know, I said okay well I'm in a lot of serious pain here, She doesn't even ask what's wrong or anything without any care in the world, as I said should I go over to the Cleveland clinic instead, She said I don't care. They need to restaff because they have some problems, and if you're going to work with people in that field you need to be professional. And kind. By the way Cleveland clinic welcomed me with open arms and were very professional and very nice.....

Nothing is worse than when you are in pain and your health care provider doesn’t believe you. My PT’s last name was Levan. He didn’t believe me when I told him where my pain was. I have a meniscus tear, but my pain was behind my knee, toward my calf. He has a great demeanor, which is really deceptive because while he was nodding and smiling, he also was poking my meniscus injury harder and harder as I kept telling him where my pain really is. Now my meniscus area hurts as well. He gave me a couple of exercises to do my first tome there, and what I mean by that is that he printed off papers and handed them to me, and didn’t have me do them so that he could check my form. The second tome, I asked him to please believe me and throw everything he had at me to help me heal. He smiled very reassuringly and basically threw me out of his office. I’m still in pain.

Came in with a hurt arm took them an hour and a half to get me back to x-ray it and was there for almost three hours completely ridiculous I don’t recommend
