Badlime printed awesome t-shirts for the grand opening event of my new business! People still mention to this day how its their favorite T-shirt because of how soft they are and the awesome design with liquid gold lettering. They have amazing customer service and really care about what you want. What I really love about Badlimes printing business is that I prefer to work with a local business and speak with real people rather than go online with no sense of direction and risk getting a low quality product that you dont even like. At Badlime, I have peace of mind. The staff works with you on the design and they make sure its something you are happy with before it ever gets printed into a final product. Made 2 orders with no problems with them. 7 day turn around. Communication is very bad; couldve been the time of the year nonetheless; they charged me 3 times & didnt respond when I tried to get in contact via payment until 4 days later on a Wednesday after I already called the bank after the extra payments. Then they claimed that I never paid 3 times as my bank claimed otherwise and did not want to refund me. I placed my 4th order for 2 shirts and then they were very unreliable in terms of just send me invoices, mock-ups, & replying so I could pay for my 2 products. From 11/10-11/30 I reached out to get in contact about my shirts with no contact. I received an email on 11/30 saying Id have to pay upfront & pay the manager only to walk in to the manager or whoever to say my money wasnt good enough. They were upset that I called my bank to get my funds back for a previous transaction when they didnt want to refund me; then said they dont need my money for that reason saying I was unsatisfied. In reality Im unsatisfied because they wasted 15+ days of time kept my designs and graphic and still did not create my shirts after I send what style of shirt & had the money ready in hand. dont waste your time. Im a young black male so it rubbed me the wrong way but Im just here to give the review of my experience. The products are great the service is sub-par.
