Shout out too LEVON C. He is the man!! Every time I come in to the advance auto in Cleveland hes always so helpful, and has a sense of humor 24/7. Levon has the best costumer service as well.

They sold me the wrong oil filter after I gave them all of my trucks information. I called them 1/2 way done with my oil change, and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me. I stopped in another day and asked for something, and they just told me I think we are out never looked. So maybe it's just the weekend crew? I will avoid this place.
