To be honest I cant say too much about the Troy branch. As for the Greenville branch absolutely horrible and uncaring. This was the home I lived in for four years. I had asked from the first month for certain repairs to be done. I was ignored, harassed, and threatened repeatedly. Then asked to leave when the issues at hand became so bad it was a health issue my my family.
