        Wrong pizza, took forever to get someone on the phone. Took over an hour to get the correct pizza, and it was ice cold.

        I was greatly disappointed with Donatos services tonight. First off I waited ten minutes for an employee to take my order inside the restaurant. Multiple employees were having conversations in the back and a couple made eye contact with me but did not come to take my order. When an employee did come take my order, I had to repeat it because they did not hear it because they had an AirPod in. Once I had ordered and paid, I waited almost 25 minutes altogether for one singular small pepperoni pizza. The pizza was fresh but still a ridiculous wait for one pizza.

        Donato's is not what it used to be. I ended up throwing my pizza in the trash. Customer service is not the greatest either.
