I contacted several Insurance agents after my current plan went up 20%. Michelle was very responsive and worked with me to get the best rate possible. I signed up with her and will save approximately 30% from my previous insurer. She also assured me that if the rate on the plan she sold me goes up in a year she would contact me to go over my options. I am recommending her and Carr to my daughter, family and friends.
