        Second time in a row today, pick up order should have been ready at 6. Get the message that says it's ready for pickup, then as I'm walking out the door ... NOPE. Might be ready at 7. I absolutely get that you might be short on pickers, but I also do know that you have the capability of turning ordering off when it gets too backed up. People plan their entire evening around dinner time and it really has irritated me to the point where I am ready to go spend my thousands of dollars somewhere else. If you're using grocery pick up, allow an extra few hours for your order to be ready. I haven't had an order ready on time in months.

        The womens bathroom was completely out of toilet paper and when I ask a Kroger employee for some toilet paper, she told me to use paper towels. Really? Then my Brownies should have been $0.99 but scanned at $1.99.
