        Build my insurance in me being out of network in which I'm in network so they say I owe some money in which I don't they've hounded me for payment I feel like my services for my exam or average the hygienist was awesome the dentist was in the room for no more than 5 minutes my bill is like 267 a doctor Dr k it was like 169 but I'm out of network there so I can't go I feel like a lot of the work is a cash grab I might go back to get my free cleaning that my insurance coverage is but I'm not going to have any dental work done there I'll find somewhere else that takes Blue Cross Blue shield

        Best place to get teeth work done. Staff is always friendly and patient. You are always comfortable and well taken care of here. Plus Sam at the front desk is pretty great too! Thanks for being great guys!

        They sent an invoice for their services instead of billing the insurance. They scheduled an appointment for me but didn't notify me, so they have me recorded as a no show no call. I am currently looking for a different dentist. 03/07/2024 I had an appointment today at 1pm and when i arrived they said my husband called and canceled. They lied to me, they canceled the appointment because of my review. If you're using them I suggest you pay close attention to what they say and do. Good luck!

Typically we allow two no call no show/late cancellations prior to placing patients on our same day scheduling policy. We also send several notifications notifying you of any appt scheduled. We will review your account and make sure we didn’t miss anything and be sure your insurance was billed.
