Each time I would bring 5-6 items to have my company logo stitched on, there would always be one that the machine ate. They perform quality work, but be prepared to roll the dice and sacrifice an item to their machinery for each order you place. After this happened three times in a row, the company failed to remedy the situations besides a sorry. I have used them for work uniforms as well as bulk orders of 200+ for event t-shirts (which to their credit were excellent quality). But their lack of professionalism and respect to my business to make their errors right is why I stopped using their services.

Been waiting six months for graphics for my jeep that was to take only two days to do.after phone calls and stopping by kept getting same answers .it will be ready in a few days.i gave up went to someone more reliable and now my jeep looks great thanks Wintrow Signs in Greenville ohio
