I called to inquire about my remote start. I was told if they didnt install it they would not look at it, however, they would sell me a new one for $399. I looked online to find more information about my remote start and it listed Ziebart as the authorized dealer and service provider for them. I then called them back and brought that up that they were the authorized dealer listed. I was told I would have to make an appointment the cost would be $149 plus parts and labor. I then called another Ziebart location nearby and they fixed it for free as a walk in. After this, I canceled my appointment for another service already scheduled at Ziebart in Troy and rescheduled with the Ziebart who fixed my remote start for free. When I called to cancel my appointment in Troy and told them why I was canceling the appointment there was no concern, no apology. Just a sarcastic. Have a nice day.
