There was a very special employee who helped me with opening a new account, and her name is Jenny, a wonderful employee who helped me with all my concerns and questions. Thanks again, Jenny.         Only Chase bank in Troy and the ATM is NEVER working when I need to withdraw. Its absolutely ridiculous that a huge banking corporation cant have a working ATM on site.
