You get your choice of smells... cat urine or Marijuana. Horrible lighting at night. Buildings have no labeling outside.

Examined these apartments when I was nearby. Relocating from another region prompted a quest for a suitable dwelling. This place boasts remarkable charm. Prior to speaking with staff, I opted to survey it independently. Its appearance both inside and outside is commendable. Unknown to them at first, the attentive care displayed by the groundskeeper( very tall bald gentleman) left a lasting impression after eavesdropping on a touching exchange intended for someone else - making it clear why choosing this location should happen without hesitation shortly; once all prerequisites have been satisfied naturally!

Their dedication is truly commendable and adds to the beauty of the apartments themselves, making Towne Park stand out not only for its physical appearance but also for the incredible people who work there.
