        Hi my name is Edie Abbott, I am a long time resident of the Broadmoor community for 24 years and counting. I love the area I live in its quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance man is super awesome, thorough and easy to get along with. The office staff is nice and friendly and easy to talk to. They also address your concerns when an issue comes up. I feel safe living in this community and the outside is always kept up by the landscaping company. Great place to live.
