Exceptional customer service from Heritage Home Care. As a caregiver for my father I take him to doctor appointments and depend on using his wheelchair for mobility. I recently had a problem with the wheelchair which created difficulties getting to a recent appointment. I called Heritage and they told me to come by and theyll take care of it for me. There was no hesitation or well see what we can do that you typically get from other places I stopped by 10 minutes prior to store closing hours and the entire staff on hand was welcoming and concerned for my issues. They understood the challenges and stress of being a caregiver and made it clear they were going to help me. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a reliable, quality wheelchair to assist my father. Within 20 minutes I was out the door. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the guys who helped me out were exceptional! Thank you all so much!!

They a tab bit mean( rushes you off the phone ) , when i call for for medical supplies , they will say we can get that out when we can or put it in the mail . I ask when you can deliver they will we can get someone out there or next week sometime . I mean if someone needs the supplies why not deliver the next day ? And give the supplies to last at least a week not for just 3 days . When i was with Dasco their driver Mike was amazing he would be there the same day or the next day and was extremely patient. The only reason i switched is because Dasco Stopped carrying what i need .
