        the most favorable location in Toledo for yoga! at the last minute through an instagram direct message, the manager registered my friend and I for their Slow-Flow Saturday morning class with instructor Carly. As a former Y6 member and for my friend (a first time yoga student) we were treated fabulously to a $5 class! This speaks of generosity, affordability, and flexibility for them. The 60 minute class was wonderful and refreshing. thank you for serving us well and for the warm communal welcome

        I cannot say enough about this place!! Molly and her entire team are some of the most skilled instructors. Yoga totally changed my life for the better, and taught me how to breathe. I took one free class and I was instantly hooked and Ive been coming straight for over a year now. There entire staff is amazing! Anthony the manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Seriously go check it out!!

        Great studio and variety of classes. Everyone was warm, professional and welcoming. The studio is heated and has great equipment to use during class. Lots of thoughtful touches to make each experience memorable. Highly recommend!
