Dooy Express Medical Transportation

The driver was not friendly, we waited over two hours for a ride knowing that my o2 was low. Had to call insurance to get a response.they said he got told to turn around to another run. Why was that person more important than me?

Very poor service! I was a hour late for my appointment and on my return trip home I waited 3 hours for my return trip home..The owner was disrespectful when I talk to him about the terrible service I received I will never ever ride with them again!!

Seen one going down 480 west around North Olmsted driving like a maniac. Caught him in the rear view a few cars back as he kept flashing his high beams at anyone in front of him and riding right up on their bumper, dangerously close with wet roads while it's snowing. He was jumping from lane to lane repeating the process.I was glad when he finally past me and was no longer on my bumper, also because there was a company logo on the vehicle, as I now know to avoid this company and warn others of it's dangerous operating practices. Nothing like having a big sign on your vehicle so everyone knows who you are.

Dooy transport out of Toledo,ohio has by far the most disgusting interior condition of their vehicles I have EVER seen!! I am also a NEMT and needed a ride to my doctor. Got this rubbish company and was appalled by the condition of the interior!!
