Build-A-Bear Workshop

Staff make the whole experience special and memorable for the kids and I really appreciated it.

I went in today just to look and found a stuffy I had been eyeing online in store. I believe her name is Quinn helped me stuff him. Quinn is the sweetest I had been having a bad day emotionally and she made my day brighter. She even gave me a hug after we talked a bit. She is a star employee and I hope this location knows how special she is! Thank you for making my day brighter Quinn!!

I took my 10 month old daughter today for easter ... The lady who stuffed her bear acted as if she didn't want to be there made no efforts to interact with my child didn't make the placing of heart in the bear speacial or anything meanwhile the lady next to us was great and my daughter was more focused on watching her because was doing her job!. We got 2 bears and after she realized we had another one to stuff she smacked her lips as if it was a bother to her. I told her we would wait for the other lady to finish with her customer but we ended up just letting her do it so we could move on I wanted my daughter to have the experience the other girls were having toddler or not! We enjoyed ourselves but please if you don't like your job find another 1

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices seem high, but the experience was worth it! Highly recommend!
