        If I could give zero stars, I would. They deserve it. There was an issue and I was left entirely on my own. Tried to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. "The office is closed for the season. Had to go to the "" inside the Oregon Walmart, which was a temporary Kiosk. They took a second set of w2s, then ghosted me. I ended up filing on paper by myself. Given the level of competency I encountered, I go to the State of Ohio website to check on my state taxes. This is when I get the lovely surprise that they didn't even bother to file my state return!
